Jack Miller (27) is an Australian MotoGP rider who has recently made the headlines with his departure from the factory Ducati team next season.
Miller has been with Ducati for five years, so the move essentially ends an era in his career. Although rumours had started their rounds, the two year contract with KTM announcement created shockwaves this season.
This move for Miller and KTM is kicking up an excited whirlwind, especially with the pairings the 2023 season will experience. The Australian will have some familiar faces next season in his corner – Francesco Guidotti and Brad Binder.
With eight Ducati’s on the grid this season, Miller could be classed a risk taker – however I believe it’s ballsy. A new era, a new team, a new brand and some compelling pairings. I think we’re in for one hell of a season next year.
Until next time,
